Privacy Policy

Account information — your email address and password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) when you sign up or log in. We never see or store your password in plain text.

Venue & listing information — the venue, room/hall, and package details you add through the dashboard.

Usage data — basic analytics about how the Service is used (via Google Analytics on our production site) to help us understand and improve the product.

We use your information to create and manage your account, display your venue's public page, operate the owner dashboard, communicate with you about your account or the paid tier, and maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf — currently Supabase (authentication and data storage).
• The public, for information you deliberately publish to your venue's public page (see “Public venue page & sharing” in our Terms & Conditions).
• Authorities, if required by law.

Your data is stored on Supabase-hosted infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

On our production site, we use minimal cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in, plus Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. These aren't used to sell your data to third parties.

You can review or correct your venue's listing information directly from the dashboard at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, message us on Facebook Messenger at m.me/rentalhubph.

We keep account and listing information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion, we'll remove or anonymize your data except where we're required to keep it.

The Service is intended for business use by individuals 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
