Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent and manage the venue you register on RentalHub PH. Venue owner accounts are currently linked to a specific venue listing by our team after registration — creating an account does not automatically grant you access to a venue's dashboard until this is done.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree that all information you submit — venue details, rooms and halls, capacities, packages and offers, pricing, and any photos — is accurate, up to date, and that you have the right to publish it. You're responsible for keeping this information current as your offerings change.

You won't post content that is false, misleading, infringes someone else's intellectual property, or violates any applicable law.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (venue details, descriptions, photos, etc.). By submitting it, you grant RentalHub PH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on your public venue page and elsewhere on the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

Content you add through the dashboard may appear on a public page reachable by a shareable link (for example, one you send to clients on Facebook or Messenger). Anyone with that link can view it — don't include information you don't want to be publicly visible.

Some features (such as photo gallery uploads) are part of a paid tier. RentalHub PH does not currently process payments automatically through the Service — upgrades are arranged directly with our team. Pricing and included features may change, and we'll let you know before anything you're on changes.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another venue's dashboard or data, submitting content on behalf of a venue you're not authorized to represent, or interfering with the normal operation of the Service.

We may review, edit, or remove listing content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or harmful to other users of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. RentalHub PH is a directory and discovery platform — we don't guarantee bookings, inquiries, or business outcomes from your listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentalHub PH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
