RentalHub PH is a discovery and directory platform for event venues, rental shops, and rental equipment across the Philippines. We help you find and get in touch with venues and providers — we are not a party to any booking, rental, or transaction you make with them.

You're free to browse, search, and view listings without creating an account. Where the Service lets you contact a venue or shop (for example, via a Facebook Messenger link or an inquiry form), you agree to provide accurate information and to use that contact channel for genuine inquiries.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping or bulk-harvesting listing data, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Listing details (pricing, availability, amenities, photos) are provided by venue owners, shop owners, or curated by our team, and may change without notice. RentalHub PH does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing — always confirm details directly with the venue or shop before making plans or payments.

Any booking, rental, inquiry, or payment you make is directly between you and the venue, shop, or provider — not with RentalHub PH. We're not responsible for the conduct, service quality, pricing, or any dispute arising from your dealings with a listed business.

The RentalHub PH name, logo, and site design are owned by RentalHub PH. Listing content (photos, descriptions) belongs to the respective venue or shop owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute content from the Service without permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentalHub PH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with any listed venue or shop.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
