Venue Owner FAQ

Last updated: August 21, 2026

This page walks through what actually happens once you list your venue with RentalHub PH — the review process, how customers reach you, what Free vs. Paid gets you, and whether you're committing to anything. It's a plain-language companion to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which remain the legally binding versions.

The short version

  • Listing your venue is free, with no lock-in contract or exclusivity requirement.
  • We don't handle your bookings or take a commission — we send you the inquiry, you close the deal directly with the client.
  • A Paid upgrade (unlimited rooms/packages, no branding banner) is optional and arranged directly with our team — there's no automatic charge.

1. What happens after you submit your venue

Listing isn't instant or automatic — a real person on our team reviews and sets up every venue. Here's the sequence from the moment you send us your details:

1. You submit your venue details

Through the “List Your Venue” form on our Partnership page, you tell us your venue name, Facebook Page, address, room/hall capacities, amenities, and the event types you host. Submitting opens Messenger with this pre-filled so you send it straight to our RentalHub PH page — there's no separate account needed just to submit.

2. Our team reviews and creates your listing

We go through the details you sent, may follow up with a few questions, and set up your venue's entry in our directory. Once it's live, your venue is searchable and viewable by anyone browsing RentalHub PH.

3. (Optional) You create an owner account

If you'd like to manage your own page — update rooms, packages, and photos yourself — create a venue owner account and let us know. We link your account to your specific venue listing on our end (this isn't automatic on signup); once linked, your dashboard unlocks.

4. You get a shareable page and a dashboard

With your account linked, you get a public page (a link like rentalhubph.com/your-venue-name) that you can post or send to clients on Facebook and Messenger, plus a dashboard to add/edit your rooms, halls, packages, and photos yourself — changes reflect on your public page immediately.

2. How customers actually reach you

RentalHub PH is a discovery and directory platform, not a booking system — we don't sit in the middle of your conversations with clients or take a cut of your bookings.

  • A visitor searches or browses and finds your venue's page (with your rooms, packages, and photos).
  • When they're interested, they're prompted for their preferred date and expected guest count, then redirected straight to Messenger — to your venue's own Facebook Page, not ours.
  • From there, you and the client talk and close the booking directly, on your own terms and pricing. We're not involved in that conversation, the quote, or the payment.

This is the same for both Free and Paid venues — the upgrade affects how much you can showcase, not how inquiries reach you.

3. Free vs. Paid: what's actually different

Every venue starts on the Free tier automatically. There's no trial period or expiration — you can stay on Free indefinitely, or ask to upgrade whenever you want.

About the Paid tier

  • There's no self-checkout — pricing and upgrading are arranged directly with our team over Messenger.
  • If you're already on a plan, we'll let you know before any change to your pricing or included features takes effect.

4. Is there a commitment or contract?

  • No lock-in. Listing on the Free tier costs nothing and carries no minimum term, exclusivity clause, or cancellation fee.
  • A Paid upgrade is a direct arrangement with our team (not an automated subscription today) — ask us about current terms when you're ready.
  • You can stop using the Service and request your account/listing be taken down at any time by messaging us — no fine print.
  • We don't guarantee a number of inquiries or bookings. We're a discovery platform that puts your venue in front of people actively searching — what happens after that inquiry reaches you is between you and the client.

5. Your content and your account

  • You own everything you submit — venue details, descriptions, and photos. You're just giving us permission to display it on your page and elsewhere on RentalHub PH to promote your listing.
  • You're responsible for keeping your information accurate and current, and for anything posted through your account.
  • We may review, edit, or remove listing content, and may suspend accounts that violate our Terms or that we believe are fraudulent — this is meant to keep the directory trustworthy for everyone, not a routine thing.
  • Your public page is reachable by anyone with the link, so don't include anything on it you wouldn't want publicly visible.
